    Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice (ICP) is an internationally proven method of dispute resolution. It emphasises a team-based holistic approach to resolving disputes and this training will focus on family separation and family law. The College of Law is offering two-day, three day and refresher training courses on the subject in March 2023.
     
    By participating in this course, you will:
    • Understand key roles in ICP and ground rules
    • Assess appropriate circumstances
    • Facilitate meetings with multiple parties
    • Analyse and practice scenarios
    • Practice methods for overcoming impasses
