The Workplace Relations (WR) team plays a critical role within The University of Sydney's Human Resources (HR) function, by providing high-quality workplace relations advice and support to managers, clients, stakeholders, and staff across the university.

As a result, they are seeking a consultative Workplace Behaviour and Conduct Advisor to deploy their expertise across the areas of complaints, early intervention, and conduct matters.

In this role, you will primarily focus on providing advice on prevention and early resolution strategies on workplace conduct issues. This will entail conducting preliminary assessments of allegations of inappropriate workplace behaviour in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures. Working as part of a HR Centre of Expertise model, you will contribute to education programs, awareness sessions and capability development programs within the HR function.
