I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Law and 40 years’ experience as a practising engineer dealing with infrastructure projects and contracts and several disputes through that time. I have been an accredited mediator for 5 years. Having been through litigation I am well aware of the drain it imposes and I am very keen to help others to avoid it.
