Bio

Sharin is a consultant in the areas of Business and Change management, HR and Marketing in a wide range of industries. Her fields of competence include legislative compliance and risk management, project management, policy writing and team building. Sharin is a motivational speaker. She also has trained more than three and a half thousand people in all aspects of business needs, corporate negotiations and has consulted in the South East Asian Region including Australia and America. Sharin is involved in conflict resolution, mediates & works in commercial, workplace, community & family areas.

Sharin has a Masters in Business, Degree in Commerce, NMAS, PGradDip in FDRP, Cert IV Training. Sharin is a Nationally Accredited Mediator from UWA, a Committee Member of the Resolution Institute WA & National Mediation Accreditation Review working group.
Sharin as Tourist Bureau President & Curtin Campus Administrator in Northam worked with Dr Nonja Peters, Director of Curtin University's 'Migration, Ethnicity, Refugees & Citizenship (MERC) Research Unit the founder of the Northam Multicultural Festival. In that period, Dr Peters organised an international conference at Curtin: 'Mediating Human Rights & Democracy: Indonesia, Australia & the Netherlands Human Rights’. Sharin as a Board member of Share & Care Services Inc Community organisation, & Board member of Commonwealth Care Link has assisted in aged care, disabled, women’s, children & Indigenous peoples needs & welfare.
Sharin has been acknowledged & thanked by Dr Dede Bonner from The George Washington University and visiting professor at Curtin University. the author of the book "1O Best Questions for Living with Alzheimer's" for contributions to her research.
Sharin also assists Associate Professor Jill Howieson at the University of Western Australia’s Law School who is the Director of UWA Mediation Clinic & was Director of the national Mediator Standards Board, to coach & invigilate post graduate students & reaccrediting mediators in the ADR program at UWA.
