    Dear Members,

    Please find enclosed La Trobe Law school's survey and research looking for your participation.

    You are invited to participate in above research project being conducted by a team of researchers from La
    Trobe Law School, La Trobe University, Australia: (A/Prof Lola Akin Ojelabi, Prof John Zeleznikow, Prof
    Louis De Koker and Prof Pompeu Casanovas) and Dr Fahimeh Abedi (RA).
    As a dispute resolution practitioner, we would like to hear from you.
    Dispute resolution is an important aspect of enhancing access to justice and there is an increased interest in
    technology supported dispute resolution. We believe that the Covid-19 experiences of dispute resolution
    practitioners will provide helpful perspectives on the use of technology in dispute resolution in the future.
    Taking part in this research study is optional. If you decide to take part in the research, we request you to
    complete an online survey. You can change your mind and exit the survey if you wish. If you decide not to
    take part in this research, your decision will not affect your relationship with La Trobe University.

    The survey is conducted online so you would not need to travel. While there is no financial benefit to
    participants or reimbursements for expenses incurred, there is an important benefit of contributing to
    knowledge that will enhance the quality of dispute resolution systems and processes.

    This research has been reviewed and approved by The La Trobe University Human Research Ethics
    Committee. If you have any complaints or concerns about the research study please email

    The survey is estimated to take less than 20 minutes to complete.
