Hi Everyone,
Is anyone aware of any case law where the Singapore Convention (Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation) has been enforced?
I have searched and searched for case law, but have not found any. It may be due to the Singapore Convention having been in effect for less than a year and only having a small number of ratifications; or I may not be looking in the right place.
If anyone is aware of any cases, or has suggestions on where to search, please let me know.
