Dear Rosemary, Thank you for your lovely post. I love that RI wanted to be the first to deliver an Advanced Mediator Workshop under the draft AMDRAS Standards. It was a privilege to have such a remarkable group of mediators in the workshop. It was fascinating to hear the case studies, the challenges, and the variety of work undertaken by such outstanding practitioners. I agree, there is always more to learn, I certainly learnt from you and Alan, as I always do.

Congratulations to the remarkable Nina Harding for developing and delivering RI's Advanced Mediation Workshop which I attended last week. It was so rewarding to spend time with professionals from very diverse areas and to engage in deep reflective practice.
