    Dear all,

I did this clip for struggling builders.

    https://youtu.be/spCxTV2B7ac

A colleague recently was ordered to pay by the SAT WA over $172K on a $70K Heritage Council project 90% funded by the WA tax payer and 90% approved by the Heritage Council's inspector.

There was no building licence required as the works were conservation.

A workmanship complaint was made to the Building Commission who hand balled the matter to the SAT.

Neither the Building Commission or the SAT understand how the BCA and the Burra Charter can co-exist.

He was forced to liquidate his successful building company as a result of their misunderstanding.

    Regards,
