Introducing the Resolution Institute Family Dispute Resolution Kit
We are delighted to launch the Resolution Institute Family Dispute Resolution Kit, an essential guide for Resolution Institute members practicing as Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs).
Developed by Resolution Institute's Family Law/ Family Dispute Resolution Subcommittee (FL/FDR Subcommittee) as part of the subcommittee's efforts to support member colleagues in the advancement of their practice, this guide aims to support members who provide private services under the Family Law Act 1975 and includes:
- Important information on the Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) process.
- Web links to Resolution Institute resources and to external domestic and family violence information and support.
- A suite of templates and proformas which can be adapted for the FDRP's individual clients and business needs.
As a Resolution Institute member, you can freely use the information in this resource, including the templates and proformas, to review and update your own material or, if you are a newly accredited FDRP, you may use this kit as a foundational set of professional documents.
The information in this resource, including the templates and proformas, aligns with the FDR process from initial contact through to court mediation.
