    Dear Members,

    I hope all of you are having a good experience exploring Member Connect. We are all learning this new portal together. Every Thursday, I will be sharing with you some tips which will help you maximise your experience.

    Your feedback has informed us that connectivity and visibility are key areas of importance. To maximise your experience and engagement on Member Connect, we suggest setting up your most up-to-date biography.

    Setting up or updating your biography:

    • Sign into your account (this step is not required if you are already signed in at the Home page).  Sign In
    • Click on the complete my profile button. On signing in the home page as per screen 1 below will appear. On the right-hand side of the page there are a series of quick link buttons. Click on the complete my profile link. I have inserted a yellow arrow to show you where the link is. Please also find the direct link here. Complete my profile
    • Creating and updating your biography. Once you click onto the complete my profile it will take you to screen 2. From there you can click on the yellow arrows indicated to create or update your details.
    • Uploading your photo. This can be completed by clicking on the action button just underneath your profile photo space as indicated on screen 2 with the green arrow.
    • Changing your contact details. On screen 2 you can also make changes to your contact details as shown via the purple arrow. This will take you back to the Resolution Institute website where you will complete your update. The new details will then be uploaded to member connect within 7 days.
    • Connecting your social media. You can add your social media links like LinkedIn, Facebook and others via the social links action button as indicated with the blue arrow on screen 2.
    • Visibility and privacy. You have full control of this. Who can view your details can be set on screen 2 by clicking on the my account button and privacy setting as indicated with the red arrow.
