I am writing on behalf of ALSA Brunei. Asian Law Students' Association (ALSA) is a non-political, nonprofit association that welcomes cultural diversity and advances the professionalism and hard-working ethic, that in which are the evident characteristics of Asians. Our visions are to focus a global vision on the promising future of Asia, to promote awareness of justice, to facilitate the recognition of the social responsibilities on law students and to represent the interests of law students. Recently, ALSA Brunei has been selected to host the second . This event will mark ALSA Brunei's first international project in 10 years. ALSA International Mediation Competition (AIMC) is a competition that seeks to promote the use of mediation and also to exchange views between different countries that includes their cultures, arts and generations. AIMC is used to focus on the aspect of mediation in which parties will be able to settle their disputes and reach a settlement in an alternative way. Due to the closing of borders, this event will be held virtually via Zoom application from 23rd July 2021 to 25th July 2021. Our mediation problem will focus on the International Commercial Law. As your organization is recognized for your expertise in this area, ALSA Brunei would like to request for accredited mediators from your organization to be the mediators in the competition, to ensure that our event is running smoothly. In return for contributing mediators, ALSA Brunei will provide the mediators with a certificate and a token of appreciation. We, on behalf of ALSA Brunei would like to express our gratitude for your kind consideration.
