It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of long-standing member Sam Wilson. A Grade 1 arbitrator, court-appointed referee, and an accredited mediator and adjudicator in five jurisdictions, he was actively involved with IAMA for a number of years, serving on the NSW Committee before the merger to form Resolution Institute.
Sam worked as an engineer for nearly 40 years for major contractors and consultants across a range of multi-disciplinary projects, including Sydney Olympic Park. He practised as a solicitor, with extensive knowledge of standard form contracts and particular expertise in risk identification and allocation.
We extend our condolences to his family and friends.

Northbridge Golf Club is booked from
12.30 for guests to arrive until 4pm.
Members are advised that attendees will need to register their interest to attend Sam’s funeral and wake. A webcast will be available for those unable to attend in person due to COVID restrictions.
