Hi Donna,
Yes you are correct in this instant. As we are exploring to upgrade the database and backend of our main website, we have not integrated Member Connect with our main site. We have uploaded member's basic information for your profiles and the email from the main site. For the first login you will have to input your own password. As such the suggestion is to input the same password as you have from the main site. Once you done that for the first time your password should be the same.
However as it is not integrated until we upgrade to a new database and back end - any password changes you make on either system is independent. If you make a change on the main site you should also make a change here and vice versa.
Our apologies for this constraint at this point in time as we did not want to delay bringing this portal to members. Many thanks to you and all the members for your patience and in contributing to the rich and vibrant discussions in Member Connect.

I keep having to change my password. I think there may be a conflict with the password saved for the main site and this one.

Subject: Thursday's Tip #9 Logging into Member Connect for First Time Users
Dear Members,
I know some of you have experienced difficulties logging in as first time users, especially some members who are trying to apply for the mentoring program.
Member Connect is a separate platform from the Resolution Institute's website. However your email for both accounts is the same. For the first time user to Member Connect you will need to input your password and as such if you follow the links below it will direct you to reset your password. I recommend that you use the same password as your Resolution Institute's account.
- First timer user of Member Connect, please click here . This reset process will enable you to enter the email that you are using for the website and then follow the prompts to input the password that you use for your Resolution Institute website login.
- If you need help with this or if you have any questions please reach out to David Chin our Membership Manager here.
