    Good morning.

    Last November Resolution Institute sought feedback from our members as part of our formal response to a public consultation process by the AG's department on the Singapore Convention on Mediation.

    We have now been advised that the consultation process indicated broad support for the Singapore Convention. The AG's department is now progressing this and taking into consideration the Convention in accordance with their usual treaty making processes.

    They have advised that they expect to have a further update for in the coming months, however I felt it was important to share this information with our members in the meantime.

    Thanks to all who provided feedback to us back in November.

    Thank you Amber for the update. One of my guests in the radio program MEDIATION TODAY, Richard WHITWELL, talked about Singapore Convention in late 2020 (at the time of the AG's public consultation). The episode is available on demand from www.2xxfm.org.au and as a podcast (various platforms).
