Reporting to the Director of the Conciliators Team, conciliators are responsible for conducting conciliations of unfair dismissal, general protections involving dismissal and anti-bullying applications.
This recruitment process will establish a pool of conciliators to be engaged on a casual (hourly) basis to assist as required to deal with peaks in workflow. The hourly rate will be EL1.1 (plus a 25% casual loading). Due to the casual nature of the engagement, there will be periods of irregular work and/or work being available at short notice.
