Hi David,
Great post and I'm glad to have seen it. I've become accredited this year also and have found it a slow process, too.
My supervisor from my training recommended getting on as many panels as possible, and this can lead to early experience, including comediation, and further panel appointments as time goes by. I've been fortunate enough to get on the roster of casual mediators for my local Dispute Resolution Centre. Is there one near you? Perhaps there is a Government regulator or commission which incorporates mediations into their processes who you may contact?
I hope this provides some ideas.
Kind regards,

Subject: Looking for FDR supervision
I've recently completed mediation training at Bond University and done 30 hrs of supervision, but require another 20 hrs of supervision before I can be accredited as an FDR.
I've tried job applications and offered to work for free so that I can get my supervised hours at least, but all to no avail so far.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice re how I might find a supervisor somewhere, somehow?
