Across her career Leanne has worked in senior executive roles within Local Government and not for profit organisations. She has also served in a number of non executive director roles. Over this time Leanne has experienced a range of mediation techniques & she is pleased to have become accredited in her preferred technique which is that of facilitating mediation. Leanne enjoys supporting people and organisations in working through a facilitative process to resolve disputes.
