I've worked in various ADR roles since first training with LEADR (now Resolution Institute) in 1990. I've undertaken extensive additional training through RI and the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre (now Australian Disputes Centre) and have been NMAS accredited since the national accreditation scheme commenced. As a mediator, I've tended to specialise in workplace and intellectual property, both fields well suited to my work in arts administration which ran in tandem with my mediation practice over many years. I'm an experienced RI coach and have assessed hundreds of candidates for NMAS accreditation. I was honoured to receive a Resolution Institute award in 2014 for services to professional development in ADR.
