I am a Chartered Engineer with experience as a client, consultant, contractor and subcontractor in construction large and small. I was a world wanderer, developing businesses in Australia, United Kingdom, Middle East and South East Asia. I am a Fellow of Resolution Institute, an arbitrator, a NMAS accredited mediator and an adjudicator registered in WA and NT. As a senior sessional member at the State Administrative Tribunal of WA, I both mediate and hear matters. I also mediate for the Small Business Development Corporation of WA, the ASBFEO and pro bono for the Citizen’s Advice Bureau of WA in family and community disputes. In the commercial area I have mediated disputes in construction, mining, marine, transport and logistics, and retail tenancy.
