I am an Australian Kings Counsel (KC) who previously qualified and gained experienced as a professional projects engineer (Civil and Oil industry).
My primary practice is as determiner of disputes. I've published a large number of determinations. I only accept work as a neutral - that is paid by both parties to a dispute. I practice as Arbitrator, Expert Determiner, Mediator, Facilitator, Special Referee and on Dispute Avoidance Boards. I was a Civil and Administrative Tribunal Member for 10 years early in my career as a barrister.
I occassionally act as Counsel Assisting in technical Inquiries.
